What is Bleux Birds fee for property management?

The Bleux Birds Management charge is based on a number of important variables. The three key elements are location, size, and condition. We also take into account our level of involvement with the property. Additionally, BBPM offers packages that combine several services for convenience.  

What types of properties do you manage?

​BBPM concentrates on single- and multi-family homes. In the future, we'll be extending into commercial buildings.

How can I communicate with your property management team?

There are various ways to contact us at Bleux Bird Property Management. Property management software (Yardi-Breeze and RentCafe) is used by BBPM to streamline all of our services. Rent is paid by tenants, and maintenance requests are submitted through the software. Having access to your properties through an owner portal allows you to view reports and get in touch with our staff. You can still get in touch with us via phone and email.
